THE NRA GIVEAWAY SWEEPSTAKES ("SWEEPSTAKES") BEGINS AT NOON EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME ON AUGUST 7, 2018 AND ENDS AT 5:00 PM EASTERN DAYLIGHT TIME ON AUGUST 10, 2018 ("ENTRYPERIOD").

ELIGIBILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, you certify that you are eligible to enter into this Sweepstakes and agree to be bound by these Sweepstakes rules. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States & Washington D.C., who are at least age 18 years or older, have reached the age of majority in their state, and who are not prohibited by any applicable federal, state, or local law from entering into a sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes and any entry into the Sweepstakes is subject to and governed by all applicable United States federal, state, & local laws & regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors &their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) of the National Rifle Association of America ("NRA") ("the Sponsor"), its advertising & promotion agencies, their respective parent companies, affiliates, retailers, subsidiaries, sales representatives, and/or distributors, & their immediate families, & those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.

TO ENTER: To enter online, follow the on-screen entry instructions. You must provide an active email address when entering. Inactive emails are prohibited and will not result in entry. Online entries are deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at time of entry. As an alternative method of entry, you can email your name, mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address to [email protected]. Entries must be received by 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time on August 10, 2018. A random drawing to determine the winner(s) will be conducted on or before August 11, 2018. Normal time rates, if any, charged by your Internet service provider will apply. There is a limit of one sweepstakes entry each day per person and per email address, regardless of method of entry.

No purchase or contribution of any kind is necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Sweepstakes begins at noon eastern daylight time on August 7, 2018 and ends at 5:00 pm eastern daylight time on August 10, 2018.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, late, illegible, incomplete, or corrupted entries, inaccurate or incorrect capture of entries or entry information, loss of entries or entry information, or any other human or technical errors of any kind relating to the submission, collection, processing or storage of entries or the administration of the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of email filtering or for insufficient space in user's email account to receive email. Sponsor is not responsible for any liability for damage to any computer or computer system resulting from participation in or accessing or downloading information in connection with the sweepstakes. Use of any macro, "bot" or other automated system or mechanism to submit entries is prohibited. Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, cheats, or otherwise attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

Prizes & their Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): 1 WINNER FIRST PLACE: Four tickets to the Bass Pro Shops NRA Night Race in Bristol, TN, NRA Country merch pack and Tim Dugger merch item with a total ARV of $450. No substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if prize is unavailable as determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion. 2 SECOND PLACE WINNERS: NRA Country merch pack and Tim Dugger merch item with a total ARV of $50. WINNER SELECTION: A random drawing will be conducted on or before August 11, 2018 from all eligible entries received by Sponsor whose decisions are final & binding in all respects. Winner(s) shall be notified using the phone number and/or e-mail submitted when entering. If Sponsor is unable to contact Winner(s) within two days of the random drawing or if a Winner fails to respond to any notification within that period, Sponsor shall, at its election, select an alternate Winner(s).

WINNER'S RESPONSIBILITIES: Winner must respond to the winner selection notification with two days of the random drawing. Winner is responsible for any taxes or fees or incidental charge not mentioned in these rules. If a prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable, or if prize is forfeited or unclaimed, of if there is a failure to comply with any applicable federal, state, or local law, that prize will be awarded to an alternate winner in a separate random drawing from among all eligible entries for that prize.

RELEASE: By entering, each entrant accepts & agrees to be bound by these rules & decisions of Sponsor & its judges. Prizes are not redeemable for cash and are not exchangeable or transferable. By accepting the prize, each winner agrees that Sponsor, its independent judging organization (as applicable), prize donors & any entity connected with this giveaway shall have no responsibility or liability in connection with losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize awarded here under, including but not limited to personal injury or death. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winners’ names and likenesses for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible if Sweepstakes cannot be implemented due to delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages or acts of terrorism. Winners acknowledge Sponsor & all other businesses concerned with this Sweepstakes & their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness, or merchantability of any aspect of prize except that the prize shall be subject to any manufacturer’s stated warranty.

By entering, each entrant accepts & agrees that personal data provided to the Sponsor in connection with this Sweepstakes, including name, address, telephone number and email address may be processed, stored, or otherwise used within the context of administering the Sweepstakes, fulfilling NRA’s security requirements, and engaging in marketing and public relations activities directly associated with this sweepstakes and related activities. The entrant expressly consents to such processing, storage, and use. Information collected from entrants will also be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy which can be viewed at http://www.nra.org/privacy.aspx. By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant consents to the collection and use of his/her personal data as permitted pursuant to the privacy policy.

By entering, each entrant releases and waives any and all claims against Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, and agents arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, the Prize(s), or the entrant's participation in any prize-related activities (including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)), and further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all losses, demands, damages, rights, claims, actions, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to the Sweepstakes, the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, or the entrant's participation in any prize-related activities(including, without limitation, any property loss, damage, personal injury or death caused to any person(s)). The sweepstakes prize package winner assumes all liability for any injury, death, or damage caused, or allegedly caused, by participating in this sweepstakes or use or redemption of the prize. Any disputes that may arise out of or connected to the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, or, if applicable, federal law. Entrants agree that all legal proceedings relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be maintained exclusively in courts sitting within the County of Prince William, the County of Fairfax or the City of Alexandria, in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Entrants consent to and subject themselves to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and agree that jurisdiction and venue for any proceeding arising hereunder shall lie exclusively with such courts.
